It was a decent option for a quick visit in Pismo Beach with good value. Make sure to enjoy the incredible view from the balcony.

The ocean view balcony made for a fantastic stay, and having quick access to the beach was a huge plus. However, the room lacked air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warm nights. Noise from early morning deliveries was also a drawback for light sleepers. The full kitchenette was a great feature for preparing meals, making it feel homely, especially during our daughter's birthday celebration.

Great beach access and clean room, but Wi-Fi was really poor.

the beach house inn & suites was a hidden gem! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the local hotspots. the staff was wonderful and very accommodating, especially regina at the front desk. i felt completely safe due to the exceptional cleanliness and secure access. it was an amazing experience for my family.

The Beach House Inn & Suites offered a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed the ease of access to local shops and restaurants. The bed in my room was comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchenette in the room made breakfast effortless. However, I encountered a few issues. The air conditioning was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably warm during the stay. Ventilation was poor, leading to restless nights. Some amenities needed better maintenance, especially the exhaust fan in the bathroom, which didn’t work properly. I also noticed the lack of sufficient towels for our group, which was disappointing. With some updates and better attention to these details, this place could really shine.

The property's proximity to the beach is fantastic! Just a few steps away, it made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We also appreciated how easy it was to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, which added to the convenience. The gated garage provided excellent security for our vehicle, allowing us to relax fully while we enjoyed our time. The sea view from our studio was truly beautiful.

this was my second stay in pismo beach, and the beach house inn exceeded my expectations. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the ocean view from my room was absolutely stunning. the room was spacious and immaculate, making for a fantastic getaway.
